I can't watch videos on my PC at all...
I've been having trouble with my Media Center viewing movies. i didn't find
that as a very significant problem because I knew there was a thousand other media players I could use out there to view my movies. At least that's what I thought until about fifteen minutes ago. I was using dvd maker to make a movie and saw that my PC was installing updates. It didn't tell me what updates they were but I figured it was fine. After the updates finished installing and I finished my DVD I decided to watch a movie in WMP, after I clicked the movie I immediately got a message saying WMP had stopped working and was about to shut down. I couldn't see what the problem was so I rebooted and afterwards I got the same message. Iwent to Media Player Classic to see if they would play there and once again I got the same message. I tried Quicktime and I got sound but no video. Can someone please please please help me with this problem because I only use this PC to view movies. All help is greatly appreciated. thanks |

Do you get the chance to send a crash report to Microsoft? http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#bucket -- Speaking for myself only. See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
