Default Problems after upgrading from xp to home premium.

Hi, I have recently upgraded my pc to windows vista Home Premium,

Since the upgrade I have had a few problems.

1: When I try to use any of the Microsoft works programmes via the Microsoft
task launcher button, or opening a saved document, I get the following
message :-

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have
the appropriate permissions to access this item"

This problem occurs for all users, all users are set-up as administrators.

2: My tv tuner no longer works, I can watch tv progs that I have previously
recorded, but the tuner can no longer find tv channels, I have tried tuning
via 4 different transmitters, I have checked the Ariel with another TV and
all is ok.

Please could you advise me of any actions that I can take to rectify this
problem?

Thanks in anticipation

1. What version of Works?
2. Did you install drivers for your tuner?
