Default Update driver failed

Hi all,

Everytime when the pc boot up, it will prompts for driver update. But it
says "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error
wile attempting to install it -- Access is denied."

Anyone have any clue? Thanks.

Regards,
Hoi

Default Update driver failed

Hi Hoi,

It means some routine is trying to install a driver in user mode instead of
with elevated privileges (which is necessary for driver installation). Have
you installed any software or updates recently?

Hi,
I think yes, the windows update I suppose. I'm logging in as administrator,
will this be sufficient?

Regards,
Hoi
