Hello,

My name is Richard; I am part of Dell's Online Community Outreach group
here in Round Rock, Texas. I wanted to ask a few questions to better
determine what could be causing the issue that you are experiencing

1. The recordings in question are they burned to cd, if so what kind;
CDR or DVD

2. What is the format of these records, mpg, 3G2, AVI, etc?

3. Do you have any other audio issues that may not be related to the
recording?

Please reply to my question and add anything else that you believe may
also be important.

Regards,
Richard B
