Not all drivers have OpenGL support at the moment.

I have a similar problem.

I have a DELL Latitude C840 laptop with a very simple graphics card and
Vista RC1 installed which will load my game without any problems. On my
desktop machine, which has a much higher spec and Vista RC1 installed but
the game will not load insisting that the graphics card or driver does not
support OpenGL hardware acceleration. Would this be due to the same reason?
