DVD Maker has disapeared

I have Vista 32. I recently disabled some services to increase available
RAM, however these all seem related to Indexing, Readyboost or Network
connections that I do not use. Now DVD Maker is nowhere to be found on my
computer. Does anyone know why or how to get it back?
