Default Adding locations to Save As Dialog box

Hi there - I would dearly love to *add *some regular locations in the
*left hand* column of the *Save As* dialog box. On some programs I can
add folders (Office 07 I think) but on others, e.g. CS3, etc. I've only
got the option of Desktop, Owner, Computer, Network, etc: not even
documents!

I am admin of this machine so should be able to do it if it's possible
- any ideas anyone? Would be eternally grateful - rsi possibilities
would decrease dramatically!

Thanks

Hi reneegade,

Check this MS-KB article:

Default Adding locations to Save As Dialog box

Thanks Ramesh - just read the article and checked out the links in my
profile - there are some there I have created - so far these are only
appearing in Windows Explorer and a couple of Office dialog boxes.

Was hoping to get them on all Save As dialog boxes. Any thoughts?

reneegade,

May be you need to expand the Favorite Links area by dragging the cursor (double arrow) to the bottom. If that does not help, pls post a screenshot so that I can try to repro the problem. Also, is this problem specific to one particular application, or for all common file dialogs in general?
