Default Keyboard skipping tet like boardkey

Hi - I have a new Sony Vaio VGN-Z520N laptop, and it is also skipping
letters when I type. It seems to be whenever I am online. Is there a
conflict in the software of Vista that interrupts the keyboard
connectivity to the internet? I have tried another Sony and returned
it, as I had the same problem. I really believe this is not the laptop
or the keyboard, but something else that is causing this issue.

Anyone know how I can get this fixed? From others' posts, it is
happening on Vista software....

Thanks.

Jennifer.

Try removing your page file, restarting, then assigning your page file
to the original settings (initial=1/2 memory, max size=memory size),
restarting. you can do this in system properties, advanced,
performance, advanced, virtual memory. I just did this and it fixed my
typing problem. It seems similar to what you describe. It is vista x64
on a dell latitude e6400. page files can get fragmented.
