ipod gives BSOD
Hi
Whenever I plug in my ipod it recognises it but after about 3 minutes I get a BSOD. DEVICE_KERNEL_INPAGE_ERROR I tried adding a memory stick to boost the pagefile but... no. Vista 5744. Happened on every build since 5600 (my first). Upgrade from XP MCE. Any ideas? |

ipod gives BSOD
maybe not the best answer but re-install with a clean install.
keeping the drivers from XP is causing issues with a number of hardware. (upgrading to a BETA is generally a bad idea. I know this is RC now but it is still "BETA") if iTunes was carried over from XP i would completely remove it (everything, find every folder) and remove. then shutdown wait and restart. then download the new version 7.03 (i think?) and try again. i will be willing to bet that you will have more problems with other programs carried over from XP.
