Default Install Vista Home Premium from RC1?

During install of RC1 I didn't enter my product key and I was able to select
the Home Premium version. But after the installation I am not able to
activate because it tells me that my Beta 2 product key is not correct for
the Home Premium version! It tells me that my options are to insert the
correct key for that version or execute windows setup.

I read in an earlier post that this should work. Any help would be
appreciated. My beta 2 key worked in Beta 5384 and PreRC1.

Thanks in advance,
Jerry

The keys are version specific meaning to be able to activate you have to
have a Home Premium key. I f you got your key from the CPP Program, your key
is for Ultimate only. You will have to reinstall Vista using your Ultimate
key to activate. You have to activate within 14 days.
