Default IDE drive not recognized.

So the problem is with one particular IDE HDD then since others work?
What is the capacily, format, and age of the drive?
For some reason it is apparently not spinning up to speed fast enough or not
at all for the BIOS to recognize it.
Is there any possibility that there is not enough power available for all
the devices in the system to start up and run concurrently?
