Default Scratched DVD on Arrival

Hello,

I recieved my DVDs in the mail and popped it in and booted off it to do a
clean install... it started the install and sat at Expanding Files (0%)...
for a while then finally said that the installer failed... i popped the DVD
out and the bottom of the DVD is all scratched up... is there a way I can
contact Microsoft to get a replacement DVD?
