faxing problems
Okay, here goes: I installed the fax solutions driver from my Lexmark All in
One. It supposedly installed correctly. The correct modem was found and i get a wonderful graphic for faxing. Each time I click on "send a new fax" I get an error message that says: Fax Ctr.exe has stopped working. I had no trouble with the printer part of my all in one, but see no reason why my fax machine portion will not work. I have contacted Lexmark ,who sent me to microsoft who sent me to my comp manufacturer. I am beyond frustrated because I really need my fax option for my business. If anyone has a solution please let me know. I am now yearning to havee XP instead of Vista! -- Al Cicere |

Third party software. Your resolution is with Lexmark or the OEM. For them
to imply otherwise is irresponsible. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Al Cicere" wrote in message ... Okay, here goes: I installed the fax solutions driver from my Lexmark All in One.
