Default Firewall - multi NIC but allow a service on only one NIC how to ?

Hello people,

i have 3 NIC,

and i wish allow only one exceptions (exemple: File and printer sharing) on
only ONE NIC

in XP it was really easy

in advance tab we can allow for that or that NIC exceptions..

but in VISTA i'm block

first when i open "common exception" and double click on one excep. i got
this

and there i cannot change scope or what ever.

then i go to advanced tab to double click on one NIC, but nothing happen !!

So how i can allow one excep. for only one NIC ?
