Use F8 and select administrator but don't type a PW in just click to continue.

Default log in security???

If you mean to log on in safe mode, then this suggestion might not work. In builds after 31 July (or so, I don't remember the exact date), we changed this behavior.

If the computer is NOT domain-joined, if there is at least one enabled local administrator account, safe mode won't permit logging on to builtin\administrator. If the computer IS domain-joined, safe mode never allows logging on to builtin\administrator.
