Yeah, that is right. And you know what, their after-sale service is also
timely. Last time, I encoutered a problem with upgrading 'Pavtube DVD
Ripper' (http://www.pavtube.com/dvd_ripper/). I wrote to them, and they
solved it quickly. Now What I am using is the newest version of the
'software' (http://www.pavtube.com/dvd_ripper/). Feel great.

iPod has been a must for young people, who cannot go without hit music.
Well, have you ever thought about enjoying your favorite DVD movies on
the big toy iPod? It costs money to download music or movie from iTunes,
while it costs you nothing to enjoy DVD movies on your iPod. Why? There
is DVD to iPod Converter which can help you convert DVD movies to iPod
video, and thus you don’t need to pay for the movie again. You are free
to carry your favorite Harry Porter all around you in such a smart iPod.
It is amazing. I am going to show you step by step how to convert DVD to
iPod video and then how to transfer the converted MP4 video to iPod.
I am going to take 'Pavtube DVD to iPod Converter'
(http://www.pavtube.com/dvd_to_ipod/) for example, because I am using
it. It is easy to use, and has brilliant interface with all the options
and buttons well-suited to task.

First, launch the program and import the DVD movie to the files list.
[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_1.jpg]
Second, choose an output format and do detailed settings of the profile
you have selected.
[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_2.jpg]
Third, do customization through cropping the image, trimming the DVD
movie and adjust the effects like brightness, contrast and volume etc.
[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_3.jpg]
Fourth, if you don’t want to convert the entire movie, you can split
the movie into different chapters and choose some of them to merge into
one file.
[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_4.jpg]
Fifth, hit the big “Convert” button to start converting.

Now that you have got videos for your iPod, the rest of the work goes
to transferring the video to iPod.

First, install and launch iTunes, and search Files Lite.
Second, turn on wi-fi
Third, launch files lite and enter your IP address and your monitor
port.
Fourth, get your computer wirelessly connected, and add a new network
place, take Windows XP for example.
Hit the icon of “Network Place”, and execute “Add a network place”.
Choose a network place and enter the IP address and port
(http://ip:port). Set a name and click “Ok”.
Fifth, Double click your newly created Network Place to visit your iPod
Touch and drags the videos files in. Voila, it is done.

Where you are, holding the latest iPod Nano, or iPod Touch to enjoy hit
music or movies, would just turn you to be the focus of crowd! Enjoy DVD
movies or hit MV seems to be the most in way to enjoy audio/video
playback, and DVD watching is no longer limited by time and place, no
need to carry those bundles of DVD disk anywhere you go. All these owe
to DVD Ripping software which can backup DVD to hard disk on PC or
convert it to iPod video.

But do you know how to enjoy the DVD movies with a DVD Ripper to the
fullest? Here I have collected seven tips that iPod fans must pay
attention while converting DVD to iPod videos, and want to share them
with all iPod fans. If you have any other skills, please share it too.

First, you must choose a good DVD Ripper and this is the most important
factor. You’d better choose one which can rip not only fast and smoothly
but also output DVD videos of high quality. For this reason, I recommend
you to try 'Pavtube DVD Ripper' (http://www.pavtube.com/dvd_ripper/),
which is upgraded lately.
[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_tip1.jpg]
Second, you must choose a DVD Ripper with plenty of profiles if you are
not a professional. DVD Ripper with considerate profiles would save you
a lot of time and efforts. You don’t need to do many detailed settings.

[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_tip2.jpg]
Third, before you start converting DVD to your iPod, you must have a
clear idea which type of your iPod belongs to and what are the specs,
including, supported audio/video, aspect ratio, resolution and bitrate
etc.
[image: http://www.pavtube.com/images/promotion/ipod_tip3.jpg]
Fourth, make sure that the output video is compatible with your iPod,
in other words, you must make sure that your output video is encoded in
the way that your iPod accepts. Generally, you must be sure that you
need to convert your DVD to video with MPEG-4 codecs and H.264 codecs.

Fifth, I suggest you to buy an iPod with larger capacity, in case that
the output video has enough space. Usually a movie of 120 minutes takes
about 1 or 1.5 GB if it is converted to MP4 file. If you choose a higher
bitrate, or higher resolution, it would be larger. And iPod users would
rarely put only one movie into the big toy of iPod. Songs, photos also
takes up space. So choose an iPod with enough space according to your
need, or if you cannot afford an 8GB iPod, you’d better set the
parameters of output video relatively lower.

Sixth, to enjoy the movie in a free way, you can split the movie into
different chapters and convert your favorite parts only. What’s more,
you can merge several different chapters into one and convert them into
one video. This is simply a movie clips by and for yourself. Pavtube DVD
Ripper realized so and performs perfectly.

Thank 'Pavtube DVD Ripper' (http://www.pavtube.com/dvd_ripper/) for
giving me a chance to retrospect the classic movies on my portable iPod.
Now I can easily feel the Scarlett's big determination of "tomorrow is
another day"; now I can sweetly see Bergman's graceful face in
Casabalaca and excitedly hear "I fall in love with you..."; now I
can understand sometimes why we need a hero in On the waterfront and
enjoy every detail of Marlon Brando's performance, to see why he was, is
and will be the so-called genius actor; now I can imagine what a man
should own in raging bull and see how Robert De Niro gives us what
we should learn from him and what we must not learn from him; now I can
know why Tom Cruise is Tom Cruise in Top Gun and feel how our breath
can be taken away; now I can understand we can sacrifice everything for
freedom in Brave Heart and immerse ourselves into the beautiful
grassland in Scotland, tottally falling in love with light music; and
now I can even see the basketball match and enjoy the God Michael
Jordan's beautiful movement of Slam Dunk. Wow, with lowest price, I
really get much. Thank 'Pavtube DVD Ripper'
