Did burning the ISO to DVD at a slower speed allow it to work for you afterwards? -- Brink '*MS MVP - Windows Desktop Experience*' (https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/pr...5-AD617AF3D511) *There are no dumb questions, just the people that do not ask them.* '*Windows 7 Forums*' (http://www.sevenforums.com/) '*Windows Vista Forums*' (http://www.vistax64.com/) *Please post feedback to help others.* |

You might try downloading another copy and burning it again in case it had gotten corrupted somehow before. caseyckc;1126763 Wrote: Brink;1126282 Wrote: Did burning the ISO to DVD at a slower speed allow it to work for you afterwards? from remembrance i used DVD but i did do it at a slow speed and remembering that it didn't have install.wim or wouldn't recognize it to start off with -- Brink '*MS MVP - Windows Desktop Experience*' (https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/pr...5-AD617AF3D511) *There are no dumb questions, just the people that do not ask them.* '*Windows 7 Forums*' (http://www.sevenforums.com/) '*Windows Vista Forums*' (http://www.vistax64.com/) *Please post feedback to help others.* |

I don't then. I would recommend to contact Toshiba and inform them that either there is something wrong with the ISO, or they have not included some vital step in the installation instructions with it.

Ah, in that case, it most definitely sounds like a bad ISO then. If you have friend that has the same brand and model as you, you can also use there OEM installation disc with your product key number instead.
