Installing RC1
Hey All, This is my first post and im wondering If yall can help me out. I
download and burned the .ISO file to a DVD and now I'm wondering how to install RC1. Do I put it in the DVD drive and restart computer? I did that and it installed XP again. Any ideas? Also, Must I have Vista already to run it? And, the clincher. How to I find out if I need the 32-bit or 64-bit edition of RC1 or Vista? I have a Gateway GT5056 AMD 64 X2 Dual Core computer. Thanks all for any and all help! |

Did you just copy the file to a DVD so you now have a disc that has filename.iso on or did you use "Burn from Image" or whatever your writing app uses so you have a DVD with many files and directories on it? -- Conor I'm really a nice guy. Installing RC1
Wondering if you have just copied the iso to a dvd as data or did you
actually use disk imaging software to do so. Look in my computer to explore the drive with the Vista dvd in it to see if you see different files/folders or just the iso file.
