Installing Pre-RC1 without PID?
I guess I am late to the beta-testing. Didn't quite make the CPP and now I
downloaded the pre-RC1 without a PID. Can I still install my download? |

Installing Pre-RC1 without PID?
Actually you can install without a key. When the window comes up to put in
your product key if you will see the note that states you don't have to input the key at that time but it highly recommends you do so for activation purposes. Since you do not have to activate for the first 14 days, and since there is a good possibility that RC1 will be out around then, you're good to go for at least 2 weeks anyway. Can I still install my download? No, you can't install without a product key. RC1 should be available very soon and along with it a new CPP. |
