I am losing my emails in my Windows Mail account. Happening across both accounts that I have in there. I can see them in my web mail but they are being deleted in my Windows Mail. Any idea how they could be getting deleted?

Today windows mail "crashed" with no obvious reason. After that a "recovered messages" folder started to appear, so moved my "recovered" out the recovered folder to it's original position. I am receiving, but cannot send email. I have confirmed with the service provider that I can go to their web mail site and send mail. So it is not a problem with their servers. This problem has occurred sporadically in the past. Suggestions? -- PS
