I have an XP Home PC on my LAN with a administrator level user and password. On my Vista home PC I run this command at the command prompt: net use G: \\xplaptop\c$ /user:xplaptop\theusername Then press enter and prompted for password. I enter password for that user and I get System error 86 has occurred. The specified network password is not correct.

I keep having problems working with different programs in Vista where when I go to open a file from within the program it hangs up when opening the folder to look for the file. Then sometimes when I go to save a file, a new one or hitting save as, it hangs up. The computer doesn't lock up but the dialog box becomes non responsive. There is a way to beat the statistics in Vista Chess. When you are going to lose the game, but before the checkmate, simply save the game. A saved game does not count in the statistics. The next time you are going to lose, save the game again. It over writes the previous saved game and neither is counted in the stats.
