I have a new computer with Vista Home Premium. My monitor is ViewSonic VX922 I have a NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS video card and a ASUS P5N32-SLI Motherboard. My problem is that I cannot switch my monitor to digital display, when I do it defaults back to analog even though I have the latest drivers available for both monitor and video card. Hi all: In Windows XP, the Sound Recorder (ie Window Sound Recorder) was a good little program that could be used to record and do simple editing. I tried to find the same program in Vista. . . After installing Vista, my HP vs. 15 LCD displays a half inch black line somewhere on the screen. It changes locations when I reboot and occasionally when I change programs. I've updated my drivers, changed resolutions, and changed refresh rates, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Like previous unresolved posts I too am having problems with a Realtech ALC660 audio chip on an Asus M2V mobo. Vista premium wants to install its own hd audio drivers which dont work !. When i install the vista compatible Realtech drivers they work fine until reboot and the hd audio drivers reappear. Have spent three days trying to resolve this.
