I have a built-in card reader in my laptop. However, I can only see it in Device Manager if I have a card inserted. I am having trouble as, when I insert a card, the card reader isn't showing up - so I can't check the driver because I can't find it. I changed it recently to the most updated, digitally signed driver. Can someone help?

I have an external nas drive and it seems that Vista will not see the contents on the drive all the time. One minute the stuff is there, then its gone. If I reboot can see it. I am running the RTM Vista and I am connected to my network with wireless.

Are there Vista drivers in the box for the onboard sound? They have screwed up the Creative drivers so bad I am getting all kinds of performance issues with them and it looks like it will be MONTHS before I get a full working driver. I know that Vista 32 will not REPORT 4gb of ram , as a matter of fact it will most likely report 2.8gb out of 4 with my system. BUT one thing I cannot find about this issue , is ALL 4gb being used?
