Daniel
I have setup a home networking with 2 vista machines. One is 32bit OS and
the other one is 64bit OS. I set up the workgroup, turned on File & Print

Vista PC, it's working perfectly fine. I can see, connect and use the files.
But from the 32bit os pc, I can see the 64bit pc and the "Network". But I

After installing Vista for the first time i was able to use internet over the

I can't save a VPN configuration on RC1. by
Daniel C. Kline
I was doing this with BETA2. I have a simple VPN to set up using the
wizard. I ask it not to conect, but save anyway, so that I can edit a few
parameters. The dialog closes and there is no VPN connection to modify.

Offline Files and Redirected Folder by
Daniel Loughlin
Hi,
On our network My Docs, My Pictures, and My Music are all redirected to
different locations. Our workstations have offline files disabled.
However on our laptops/tablets with offline file enabled, My Pictures and My
Music are cached along side My Docs. I understand this is the default
behaviour as they are redirected folders, however I can't seem to stop it.
Uses don't have the option...

I have 2 laptops, both connected wirelessly to a Linksys router and both

Vista can't authenticate on VPN connection by
Daniel Peterson
Hello,
I've read up quite a bit about VPN problems with Vista, but can't seem to
find a solution to my issues. We have VPN setup to our Cisco PIX 515E
(which doesn't support MS-CHAP V2). Of course, since Microsoft was nice
enough to remove MS-CHAP V1 in Vista, this now prevents any of our users
from upgrading to Vista, and I'm trying to find a workaround.
Right now, I've made changes to...
