Does anyone know how to get Address Book contacts to show at the bottom of the left hand (folders) column, as was possible in Outlook Express?

No mather what I am doing on my laptop, on or off line from the internet, windows mail continue to open by itself. Sometimes it opens about 10 times a minute!!!
