My printer had been working properly until this week. HP support tell me I need an update to my print spooler. Can anyone tell me how to get this? Ok so my laptop is about 2 or 3 weeks old. I got a popup saying it had 10% left so plugged it in and when it got to 58% i noticed it said plugged in but not charging. So i unplugged it and it still said plugged in and not charging so what do i do because this is my first laptop and i'm freaking out -- :)

At start-up windows starts the hard drive self test, but seconds later the computer freezes completely. This happen every time I boot the computer, if I skip the test then everything is fine. I check the HD from BIOS for errors and it is fine. Any ideas?

HI, I am using a USB mobile broadband with my vista Home basic edition. Vista can't detect my modem after resume from hibernation or awake from "sleep" mode. I need to unplug and plug the USB modem to be detect by Vista again. Is there any other fix for this problem? Thanks
