I've tried disabling and re-enabling WFS to no avail. If you look at the thumbnails, the first one has all the usual cover pages plus my one personal one and they work if I open them. If, however, I click "New Fax" (thumbnail2) the drop-down cover pages are all blank, and not only that, the list appears twice, so I have the choice of twice the number of blank cover pages.
