Hello, We have just upgraded our system to Vista and now our older model fax/scanner will no longer scan. There are no new drivers required as they are built in and we were told by Brother that we should just be able to plug it and have it work. I wouldn't be posting here if that actually worked! I have an organizational directory consisting of photo thumbnails and information on the people which printed fine in Windows XP. On upgrading the computer to Vista Home Enhanced I find the file displays correctly in View --Print Layout but will not print properly (all photo thumbnails disappear)!! Any suggestions?
