After a clean install of Vista, ( I am not having any problems so far), I notice 3 folders on two other hard drives with the names ($recycle.bin, system volume information, $drvmig$). These folders seem to be empty, yet when I try to delete them they can't be deleted. Are these empty folder necessary? Is there anyway to get rid of them? -- J6

I downloaded Vista 5600 16384.060829-2230 X64fre client-|r 1cxfre en dvd.sio installed it and enjoyed it until I attempted to insert the Product Key I had received via e/mail from MS. I successfully (?) downloaded RC2 and burned the DVD. Went to my Vista (dual boot), and inserted the DVD for an upgrade of 5728...as the install began, it referenced installing RC1! After I'm done downloading the Windows Vista ISO image file onto my computer using the akami download manager, it checks for integrity and then says that there is an MD5 hash mismath and asks if I want to redownload the file, I click yes and two hours later it says the same thing.
