I have been trying to a video that I created with my web cam. A message window displays not enough room. Anybody know what the problem is?

Hi. I'm having a problem. WMM will not play my storyboard/timeline, although it will play clips up in the imported media section. I've disabled all video filters and I've looked around this site and found that I should run regsvr32 quartz.dll. The problem is, I don't know what the heck it is or how to run it. When I add more than five short movie clips, save and quit, then reload it, I can't play the timeline or export the movie. I can edit and everything else just fine, I just can't play it back. Does anyone know what's wrong?
