Standard account can not run exe's when "run as administrator" is selected by
tankman1989

I am running into the same problem that pushed me away from this model
before. I did a fresh install of a laptop, ran all Vista Home Premium

I deleted my primary administrator account in error. Luckily I was in a
second administrator account at the time. My user account settings and files
are still there nevertheless. How do I reinstate that account again - it has

Unhide User Account by
SCP1
I have accidentally hidden my User Account.
It is still there as I can see if from inside my files, but I cannot see it
when I navigate to Users directory, it just shows "Public".
I accidentally hit Hidden on file properties thinking it would unhide
everything. I have gotten the file folders to unhide, but I cannot figure
out how to unhide the actual user.

Password not recognized after sleep or screen saver. by
Sakeopete
I'm having a problem accessing my laptop which is running Vista Home
Premium. It keeps saying it does not recognize my password which I had
used to access it only minutes beforehand. I know my caps lock button
isn't on. When I reboot my computer I log in to my admin account with no
problems. It happens when my laptop goes to sleep or my password
protected screen saver goes on.
