I was given a laptop with vista os. When I boot it up it comes up with the old users name and he does not know what the password is. Is there any way to bypass that or reset the password.

What would cause this error? I get it when using TASK SCHEDULER to run a job that requires Administrator rights and needs to be run whether user is logged in or not.
