I recently purchased the 64 bit Windows Vista Ultimate upgrade with Service Pack 1. I installed in on an Toshiba running OEM 64 bit Vista Home Premium. It said that it required phone activation, which I did. It completed successfully, but when I look at the computer properties it still reads Windows Vista Home Premium. What's the deal?

In order to prepare myself for the worst, I need to know how to restore my registry for the case where Vista does not boot and I have no system restore points. However, before the failure happened I exported the full registry as a reg file.
